🇬🇧 I didn't like it that much, talking about smoked tofu I definitely prefer Vemondo's one (which is only occasionally available, unfortunately).
The smoking is subtly perceptible on the outside, otherwise it's nothing special: much better at this point buying simple plain white tofu and do your homemade marinade using liquid smoke.
Still quite good consistency, I would call it semi-firm.
🇮🇹 Non l'ho amato particolarmente, parlando di tofu affumicato è davvero molto meglio quello della Vemondo (che si trova saltuariamente, purtroppo).
L'affumicatura è percepibile solo nella parte esterna, per il resto non è niente di che: molto meglio a questo punto del semplice tofu bianco con marinatura casalinga e fumo liquido.
Consistenza comunque abbastanza buona, la definirei semi-firm.
