Taquitos dorados no El Cantaro —Avaliação do sofihuasteca (19 de dez. de 2022)

I was super excited to try this poace but this dish was not my favorite.
I am mexican, grew up and lived in northern mexico where flautas as we call them are easy to find and delicious. I am use to shredded chicken subs instead of this faux beef that was a little watery and tasted overwhelmingly like bay leaves. I expect higher quality ingredients and freshness from a vegan restaurant in Monterey but the tomatoes were not super fresh and the guac was not amazing. Overall it was good but I really wanted a crispier filling in the flauta, but it may just be a personal preference.
