Clearly I am not a sausage connoisseur as I had no idea that picking up "brat" type sausages meant they would be a little spicy. I can deal with the spice with minor contempt for those that relish in all things 🌶️ however the kid took one bite and spat these out 😁
Overall, these are nice and cooked up well on the bbq served on bread with cooked onions and tomato sauce but maybe find an alternative if you don't appreciate chilli.
