The product has some squash to it as you can see. It looks like it could be for hotdog bun and that’s what I use it for. It has great texture fine flour used but some finer which I believe is from the Psyllium husk and truly I cannot tell the difference of wheat flour to this. I still can’t believe it’s gluten-free! #promisethetaste
