Another superb dish. Lady boss seemed very proud of the fact that she didn't use coconut milk for this curry 👍She said she uses cashew nut, pine nuts, walnut and almonds instead. Such good ingredients for very economical price about less than sgd5! The curry was more of those with thinner consistency and had a very good tang to it. Very flavourful with loads of veggies and some beancurd puffs.
