Review of Petali Di Grano, Ceci, Limone E Curcuma - Golfera by marabasso
I was curious to taste this product and I loved it. It is not meant to be reminiscent of sliced meat of animal origin and this is a point in its favor. It is reminiscent of panelle (or Ligurian panissa) seasoned with lemon. Compared to other similar products, I found it easily digestible and satiating.
