Palm Sugar Braised Green Papaya no Cuisine Wat Damnak —Avaliação do tiascaz (23 de nov. de 2022)

This was one of my favourites of the whole experiences. The palm sugar papaya was so sweet and had a wonderful textural contrast to the baguette croutons. Fresh green peppercorn and rice paddy herb gave it a lovely herbal taste too.
