This place is very similar to Chipotle - build your own taco, burrito, or bowl. My wife and I ate here and both enjoyed our dishes. The vegan options are plant based chorizo, avocado crumbles, two types of rice, two types of beans, lots of veggies, salsas, chips, guacamole, and various sauces. It was very delicious and they seemed happy that we were vegan.
