This was a new fruit preserves flavor for me and it was a nice new flavor to try. It was sweet and quite acidic. I think it would be good with a vegan cream cheese or something else creamy. It might also be good baked into desserts. It wasn't my favorite thing to have on toast, but a good option if I want to mix it up.
