I hosted a little get together and one of my guests brought this. They tasted as falafels should (there wasn’t any surprise), but admittedly they were dry. Unfortunately, we didn’t have any dip or sauce, but we had wine to wash it down. 😜 Next time, I’ll be better prepared: I’ll have a dip / sauce, or I’ll incorporate them into a salad.
They were easy to prepare: just pop them in the oven for a few minutes.
