Vegan Dark Side Shoyu Ramen no Ramen Ichiraku —Avaliação do sandwitchvegan (9 de nov. de 2022)

A tasty and original take on traditional shoyu ramen! The ramen contained the the regular ramen Ichiraku toppings of shiitake mushrooms, corn, Inari tofu strips, bamboo shoots and wood ear fungus but had the special addition of a black garlic oil! It had a charred taste that was a little overpowering sometimes but nice to try nonetheless. I still prefer the shoyu truffle but I would definitely try again!
