Creamy, zesty, and outstanding. The rich creaminess and the kick of the spicy chorizo complement one another perfectly. This dish stands out, more than most vegan macs that I’ve tried though because I’m almost positive you could serve this to a non-vegan and that person would have no clue. This dish could convert the masses.
