This originally named vegan breakfast sandwich includes a breakfast patty, hash browns, vegan aioli, Just Egg, cheddar cheese, crispy onions, and BBQ sauce. Though not the healthiest breakfast, it was good and filling. This space is a cafe and bike repair shop, and it’s apparently a long-time staple for the alternative Seattle scene.
