I was hesitant to buy this because the first ingredient is cauliflower which I thought would be weird and I was right! It has an unpleasant grainy texture. The taste however was really good. I meant to grab a bag of chips for this at the store but I got distracted. Instead I just mixed it with some gardein chicken and put it on a taco shell. It helped hide the grittiness of the queso that way so it worked out.
Aside from the texture, this is a pretty good product with really clean, wholesome ingredients.
