I saw this during my last supermarket shop and thought I'd give it a try. I used it just plain on toast so far and it's okay. The consistency is good and the taste is okaish. Overall, I feel they're on to something here and that if they continue to improve the product, we'll have a really good plant-based gouda-like cheese sooner rather than later.
