First time having roasted “chicken” with fragrant rice. The rice is nice and well-cooked for me, as I prefer soft rice (not too hard)

The roasted “chicken” to me is more like roasted “fatty pork” , especially the texture, which is something that I like. Little crispiness, and also there’s tender layer. Goes very well with the rice!
