This was a very well rounded and tasty meal. The sweet peppers, mushrooms, and substitute meats all blended together beautifully and the plant-based-cheese practically melted in my mouth. The only complaint to be found would be that upon any attempt to pick up the sandwich, much of its content spilled out and I found myself eating most of it with a fork. However, this didn’t matter much because it was a great dish.
