
This is a terrific way to get B vitamins into you. I don't really like the taste of it in food so I mix a couple of spoons in water and drink it. Took me a few days to get used to it but now I really like it.

I take vitamins B and D3 with long life vegan products
I just sprinkle it on pasta, or add to soups and sauces:)
