This burger was huge!! The second photo lists the burger’s toppings. according to our server, the party is a combination of Impossible ground ‘meat’ mixed with vegetables . I don’t know if this is correct, but it doesn’t really matter; it was absolutely fantastic. Its taste, texture and similarity to meat was uncanny.

I commend this restaurant for its effort in assembling a very impressive plant-based menu. It also has a separate gluten-free menu.
