Little Vegan/vegetarian Bistro in Botafogo in Rio de Janeiro. Very interesting Brazilian dishes in vegan versions. The tapioca base was very good and crispy. The banana tartar is very close to a guacamole, but with banana. It was a very unique combination. Very well balance in flavors. 100% recommend.
