Order of 3 Quesabirria tacos which consists of sautéed oyster mushrooms with vegan cheese, dipped in birria broth and fried. Accompanied with diced fresh onion, sautéed onion, cilantro, green salsa and limes that you top and devour lol!! Side of beans and extra birria broth for dipping. Overall a very good tasty dish! Would definitely get again when back in town!
