Review of Torta at Penelope’s Vegan Taqueria by ilean10
Every dish I had here was absolutely amazing! Everything was colorful and vivid 🌈 and filled with flavor. The blue horchata was mind blowing!
-Torta Telera dipped in a red chili 🌶 sauce with potatoes, red onions, cilantro, avocado, cheese, and green salsa.
-Tacos De Apastor marinated soy topped with pineapple, cilantro, red cabbage, and salsa.
-Quesabirria sautéed mushroom tacos w/melted cheese folded & dipped in a guajillo sauce topped with cilantro, onions, salsa with a side of veggie broth.

berryveganplanet I’ll have to try when I get back to Chicago lol! Hope you get to go back soon. I’m gonna miss all the good vegan places in GDL but hopefully will be back in December to hopefully try places I haven’t visited yet!Reply
