this is made of tofu! it’s basically crumbled tofu. i had no idea when i bought this. i thought it was a different soy base.
i was so drawn back when i opened the package to a circular slab of tofu. it smells delicious and it’s seasoned very well. the texture is just softer and squisher so you can tell it’s tofu. i made a big soft taco with nopales, avocado, shredded mozz, and these crumbles. it was very delish. ingredients are great too.
