Maui’s most centrally located vegan eatery is Earth Aloha Eats in Kahului, right next to the airport (OGG). It’s a great first stop on the island after a long flight. The staff is super friendly & the food is super tasty. The Buddha Bowl is loaded with sprouts, lettuce, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, brown rice, and teriyaki sauce.
