Original and tasty side dish made with mushrooms accompanied by a sweet chilli sauce.
It does remind you to those squid rings you used to eat before you realized it wasn't fair on them. It is not a copy cat thought, it has it's own flavour and texture which are both great and nutritionally much better that an imitation processed product.
