This is seriously the best #pho I’ve had in ages! My wife and I used to go to NamNam all the time when we first moved to Singapore 🇸🇬 8 years ago. During Covid we ordered delivery a few times and that really turned us off to this place because the delivery didn’t really do the noodles and soup justice, but we ventured in the other day and the vegan pho was absolutely amazing. They call it vegetarian but everything is vegan and you can even choose the kind of noodles you want. It was absolutely 💣
Filled with delicious tofu, beancurd skin, mushrooms, tomatoes, bean sprouts, and tons of herbs like parsley and mint.
