This is probably a controversial opinion, but I prefer this type of vegan mayonnaise to Hellman's. Hellman's is more similar to the original (at least for store-bought mayonnaises), but it's just too heavy and fatty for my taste. This however, it is a bit more runny and has a very pleasant tanginess and sourness to it, which I think makes it more versatile and appealing. Pretty good ingredients too and while it's not inexpensive, it's not too pricey either. Not giving it 5 stars because my personal favourite remains the veg mayo sold at Coop in Italy.
