The vegan Veggie Noodles were purchased as a takeaway item from Triple F Cafe in Sale, Vic, which I then reheated for my lunch.
These Noodles are something I purchase there regularly. They taste great and are a hearty meal size. Indeed, if I am on the go at work I might only eat about half, which pleases my wife and she eats the rest when I get home!
They are in some sort of Soy Sauce I think, but truth be told I am not really sure. Otherwise it has peas, sweetcorn, carrot, cabbage and runner beans thrown in the mix.
Overall, I recommend this dish as a decent sized meal, that is reasonably priced and tastes good. What more could you ask for?
Well maybe you could ask for more sustainable packaging as it comes in a plastic tub (can be recycled) but I honestly don't know what to suggest. I may chat to them about options.
So I said to her, "I knew you were vegan, I could tell by the way you walk."

"Yeah, you don't scrape your knuckles along the floor."
