Broth isn't clear but not too salty which is different. :) Usually is quite salty, very much good big unamis. Much wow. Noodles nicely cooked and tasty, the panko tofu though, oh my, super firm compared to other (I'm guessing been pressed well beforehand). Overall tasty ramen! 🍜
with panko tofu, tenderstem broccoli, garlic and seaweed with rice noodles.
