This was the menu for dinner offered by work and they could do MUCH better. The cauliflower itself was a bit tasty. But rice was bland and tastless. Dishes like this are the reason vegans are mocked and people think vegan food isn't tasty. I wish I couldve gone to the kitchen and made a vegan dish myself! 😅
