Ben & Jerry’s has nailed it when it comes to flavor, texture, & presentation with several of their newest non-dairy ice cream concoctions. Been a big fan since their shop opened in Alexandria, VA where I grew up. Their ability to come up with amazing, original flavor combinations is superior to others. However, when I initially chose to live vegan, and up to last year, I found their non-dairy choices to be lacking. Cherry Garcia.was the only option for me. Another lesson in the “be careful what you wish for” category, I now have multiple choices and high “bad fat” levels, even though I’m skinny. After all that, this just might be my favorite ice cream; the chewy chocolate and marvelously minty flavor are a delicious classic that B&J made even more delicious. Standing Ovation!
