Review of Arrosto di seitan all'aceto balsamico at Cavoli Nostri by misscyanide

I do love the handmade seitan from this restaurant. It is simply the best I have ever had, and I usually don’t like seitan so much. This was so soft and had a mild meaty flavour. The potatoes were also well done.
