This was pretty good. I like that it uses chickpea as the base. It's Italian-style and those Italian flavors come through quite strong, but it seems odd as a burger. It's like eating sausage but as a burger which is different to me. The texture is a bit on the soft side but not too unpleasant with the right bun.
