Time's vege is my go to vegetarian place in bukit batok and I decided to give the pig trotter a try after reading many good reviews here.
And yes, the dish did not disappoint me! Its a nourishing bowl of black vinegar soup (not sauce as its thin enough to drink directly) , spicy as its cooked with a good amount of uncut ginger, mushrooms, black fungus, and a generous amount of mock meat. The mock meat was so many that we lost count but it feels like more than 20 small pcs!
Its really comfortable to eat as the soup is warming to the stomach and tasted goos, and the soup goes really well with the rice. The portion is enough for 2, without any other add on dishes needed as the meat is more than enough to go with the rice.
Its worth the try if you come by there:)
