Review of pinsa verdure at Roemerkeller Merano Corso by misscyanide

I asked to remove cheese from this pinsa to make it vegan. The base was very good and already cut in pieces so it is quite easy to eat. The vegetables on the top were almost raw (maybe grilled?) and without any sessoning so they tasted like nothing.
