Okay so this was my literal staple breakfast when traveling in the Netherlands. It’s essentially vegan chicken Mayo, and my goshhh it was divine! Such a brilliant concept - ready to go and absolutely delicious. We would always grab a little baguette or bread and just pile this stuff on.🤤
