This fabulous heatwave special panini was made with silky, soft, and authentic-tasting 🌱-based nut-free mozzarella cheese, juicy red, yellow, and green heirloom tomatoes, and deeply flavorful house-made pesto on peppery arugula inside crisp and buttery freshly toasted Como bread.
