The cracker has a really nice seaweed and subtle wasabi taste to it.
The "salmon" in the middle made of konjac is surprisingly convincing when eaten with the cream topping. Was quite impressed with this one.
The raspberry on the right has the perfect balance of sweet and tartness, as the flavor explodes literally in the mouth.
