i love the convenience and simplicity. and yes it is fully cooked and delicious. the barley adds a chewy and airy texture to this one.
i always forget i don’t have to pour the contents into a bowl when i want to microwave it. its supposed to stay sealed in the bag, because the bag self steams and vents. you must also allow it to ballon up after microwaving. so when i open the bag, i then have to go with the lame stovetop option which is messier and takes up more time.
