

I enjoyed this sandwich but I’ve definitely had better vegan Reubens. I found that the tempeh made it a little bland—maybe it needed more seasoning or a different ratio of sauerkraut. The sauce and was delicious and I loved the vegan cheese they used. Mostly, I missed the flavor and crunch of the rye bread (which would be in a traditional Reuben and feels like an important component). Despite all that I would order this again.
The side salad was fresh and I liked the large selection of dressings. I went with mandarin sesame.
