ingredients aren’t terrible. ya know: you get your grains, no eggs or dairy, or any icky artificial stuff. they are also unsweetened and they are fine off that way.
i didn’t like the waffles though. they felt fried almost like super oily. they’re thicker. but i didn’t like the oily taste. i wouldn’t buy these again.
