as stated before… i use hemp seeds on eveeerything. i love sprinkling or piling them on top of oatmeal, yogurt bowls, pancakes, toast, waffles, blending in smoothies, mixing in overnight oats… so easy to get extra protein in. and they’re a great source of vitamins and omegas 3 and 6.
this big bag will work better for me since i restock a special jar. i can continue using this single product for longer restocks so less buying and wasting smaller bags.

I've tried other hemp hearts, and this is the best brand. I don't know what they do different, but it works. 👍
