Very interesting pasta I was sent from Italy, it’s orecchiette (kinda ear-shaped pasta) made with “grano arso”, and I had to google what that was 🤪 so apparently it’s wheat that has been toasted and ground, so that the color is darker and the taste is more intense. Absolutely loved it! A pity for the plastic packaging. PS: it’s very very warm these days and the babies love the space under my bed to rest and chill
