One of the most delicious bowls I’ve ever eaten 🤤 everything was so fresh, great flavor, the mix of ingredients was delicious. The bowl has fresh white rice 🍚 with cilantro and lime, red beans 🫘 , guacamole 🥑 , lightly grilled corn 🌽 , pico de gallo (tomato, onions 🧅 and cilantro in lime), red onions, and of course, the star ingredient: mushrooms!! Haha I think they were portobello, super fresh and yummy. All in a slightly spicy sauce. Enjoyed every bite 😋
