Escalopes de Seitan no Le Potager du Marais —Avaliação do marbracco (25 de jun. de 2022)

It was a dish of the day. The mushroom sauce was very good, but the taste and the texture of the seitan weren’t too convincing for me. Good the vegetables and the gratin dauphinois that come with the main dish.
