This jerky is really nice to have in the cupboard when you just need a little somethin-somethin. I also like to chop up and add a few pieces to dishes that might benefit from a bit of a chewy texture.
Update: I still like chopping up and adding to BBQ, chili, etc. However, I am not crazy about it by itself as it has an aftertaste that I don't particularly like.
