Gudeg is a plant based meat made from Jack fruit. It's the best plant based juiciest meat I have ever eaten. It's full of flavor and can be found throughout Indonesia. It also comes with side dishes made from other veggies such as Chow Chow and crunchy carmelized potato chips.
