Since going gluten free I’ve replaced a lotttt of wheat products with rice products, so now I’m trying to cut back a bit on rice. This is such an awesome alternative! It cooked quickly but was a little more tedious to have to drain & rinse afterwards. When it was cooked it looked like orzo and surprisingly kind of smelled like chicken! It was flavorful and I’m really excited to have this in my life.
