Next Level founders, Matt and Cierra de Gruyter, took their big idea and risked everything to see it come to life. Cierra and Matt, a former Marine with a successful private equity career, had a comfortable life for their young family. there was way too much buffalo sauce in this dish. it overpowered all of the other flavors and pretty much dominated the dining experience. it was not delicious and i will certainly not be ordering this again.
