vegan baking can be a challenge but sometimes i like to mix it up and experiment with gluten-free baking. Depending on what I am experimenting with, I will use this as a good basic flour. It has a lot of stuff mixed in with it to make it act like regular flour. It does cost a lot more than regular flour. #veganbaking
